Piece of Mind is pianist Simon Denizart's fifth album, in collaboration with Justin Time, one of the most prestigious jazz labels in North America. Simon's eight-piece orchestral work is a powerful, introspective journey through his musical universe, accompanied by some of the world's finest musicians.

Always on the lookout for new sounds, Simon's solid melodic and rhythmic playing is supported by Elli Miller Maboungou on percussion and Michel Medrano Brindis on drums. Jonathan Arseneau's electric bass brings an incomparable groove to the compositions, sometimes transformed into an electric guitar thanks to the bassist's effects. A string trio, featured on half the tracks, takes the listener into the pianist's cinematic universe.
